Bordeaux City Bond : Spotlight on the administrative and logistics staff
A discreet and courteous welcome in line with the image Bordeaux City Bond wants to convey.
An accessible and professional team that helps its customers both storing wine securely in the warehouse and with the export and customs regulations. Transport solutions are also available on request.
Despite sustained growth, the team continues to listen and strives to meet deadlines for customer satisfaction.
Young wines 2015 : Bordeaux City Bond will be there to help you
This year 2015, Young Wines week will start on Monday, March 30th and end Thursday, April 2nd. This is an opportunity for our customers to visit or rediscover our ultra-secure storage and see the new services that we offer. Professional or amateur wine specialists considering a wine storage solution are also welcome.
Also this year, Bordeaux City Bond will be represented at Jean-Luc Thunevin to answer questions from everybody.
Bordeaux City Bond is organised : a schedule for better flow management
The warehouse is organised to make customer orders available to carriers every morning (8 am-12:30 pm) and to receive wine every afternoon (2 pm – 5 pm). Except on Fridays when wines will be sent out and delivered the morning only (8 am – 1 pm).
The warehouse will be closed to carriers on Friday afternoons and offices will provide a minimum service by email.
Visit from the E-Provenance team : close collaboration for better traceability
This month will be marked by the visit of the founder of E-Provenance with whom Bordeaux City Bond is working closely to establish a system for checking wine is stored in the best conditions during transport.
A full-scale test on some shipments of our customers is planned during this visit. So Bordeaux City Bond is improving its quality and innovation policy, opening the way for continuous monitoring by an independent organisation that provides objective quality data.
