Receipt Handling and Delivery:
  • Check in of cases (counting and weighing): we ensure that the cases received match description and quantity listed. We send you a receipt e-mail and if necessary a picture of the cases if we have any doubt on their condition in order to have instruction from you.
  • Check out before shipment, includes photos, loading and sealing the containers.
  • Handling: keyboarding the orders and articles codes, store the merchandise without any sign on it to show ownership : only code bar on the pallets.
  • Insurance on damage or loss linked to RHD within the warehouse (100% of the value of the merchandise indicated upon the certificate of deposit an exclusion being made for any indirect prejudice).
  • Booking in 72 hours before receipt or delivery of merchandise.
